Do parents pay an extra fee to pay online?
Parents pay the amounts you set. Payments go through your own Stripe account and you pay Stripe's standard processing fees.
Can parents pay by bank account instead of card?
Yes. Parents can save a US bank account (ACH), verified instantly, or a credit or debit card.
What happens when a payment fails?
The invoice is marked as failed, you can see it on your dashboard, and the parent is asked to update their payment method. You can retry the charge, record an offline payment, or write off the balance.
How much does the billing software cost?
