Common questions
Do I have to move children to the next room myself?
No. Each room covers an age range, and children move up automatically when they reach the next room's age. Their price changes to the new room's price.
How is capacity counted for part-time children?
Capacity is per day. A child who comes Monday, Wednesday and Friday and one who comes Tuesday and Thursday share a single spot.
Can I keep a waitlist?
Yes. Families join from your interest forms, you see open spaces in every room looking ahead, and you send offers when a space opens.
Can I have rooms at more than one location?
Yes. A program can run at several locations, with its own capacity for each room at each location.
